  The service was excellent. My kids liked it a lot as well. The breakfast was excellent and specially the one custom made ;-) Also, the Keg has a beautiful falls view.

  The elevators, are too slow and the main elevators cannot be used at the rush hour for the breakfast.

  The hotel was excellent, it has a prominent position giving an first class view of the horse shoe falls from the arm chair in your suite. It is close to many attractions without being load or noisy. Very good tour desk available in the hotel which gave excellent value trip around Niagara and also included free day passes for the local people mover bus sysytem. Also provided a free hotel bus service. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

  There was nothing I disliked about the Embassy Suites Hotel.

  The comfort package - this should not be an option that you need to opt out of, it should be either free or given upon request. The elevators at peek times were very slow.

  loved the room ,view amazing -Keg dining at its best -view from the room beautiful - lights at night on the falls great -beds very comfortable with tons of pillows - tub simply the best - staff excellent - breakfast was very good and manager's party nice touch to have prior to dinner

  The service was excellent from the parking attendant to the reception and restaurant clerks. They were very helpful with my elderly mother. I highly recommend.

  I like the room sizes and layout and overall location of the hotel.It is close to the new Casino and many great restaurants. Also, we could see the Falls from our room though it was considered a Cityview. The fact that you have an extra sitting area and mini kitchen makes it a much more comfortable stay. Also, having a fridge to store leftover food or cool down your drinks is a nice touch. I think consumers are tired of being nickel & dimed over every little extra amenity and the suites idea is great.

  We have stayed there before and the Manager's Reception had quite a few more items on it, and they were a much healthier option also. They used to have a veggie platter with dip but now it was only chips, and pretzels and items like that.

  Great location, great room, great service, great stay.

  View of Falls, proximity to Falls, space for our family of five, Tim from check-in desk going above and beyond to get us successfully settled in.

  Not so much of a con but when they recommend arriving early for the breakfast buffet- do it!

  The hotel stuff some of them not helpful and not frindly when I request for assistance cuse hotel was so crowded and they looking for who pay more tip!! The more you pay the more you will be respected sorry to say that but it is the reality

  Nothing - they even were about to overcharge me by 150 but luckily I caught it at check out time.....

  The staff were very rude - we paid 400 assuming we will get a nice falls view based on the pictures presented in the site for this type of suit but they gave us one facing a tower with a small glimpse of the falls. Tried to explain that this does not match the pictures on the site for what we paid but the receptionist was very rude and even said this was the best you can get for your booking via Booked.net although the pictures in the site for the room type we paid were different...so we were simply misled - the furniture of the hotel is very old - so overall this was too expensive for the type of room a and service we got
